Our Made-to-Order Promise

Every item from The Humanity Line is made to order just for you. We partner with print-on-demand experts to create your product after you place your order. This sustainable approach means we don't hold inventory, but it also means our return policy is specific.

 

Please Double-Check Your Order
Before completing your purchase, please carefully review your order details: size, color, design, and shipping address. Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into production and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded for reasons of fit or preference.

 

When Returns & Exchanges Are Accepted
 

Due to our made-to-order model, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Choosing the wrong size

  • Changing your mind about the color or design

  • Not liking the fit

 

Refunds or replacements are approved only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • There is a misprint (e.g., wrong design, major printing error).

 

Special Circumstances
We understand that every situation is unique. If you have a significant issue with your order that doesn't fit the categories above, please email us at thehumanityline@outlook.com to explain your situation. While we cannot make guarantees, we will always listen and do our best to find a fair solution where possible.

 

How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If your item is damaged, misprinted, or defective, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or a short video showing the problem

 

Once we receive and approve your request, we will guide you through the simple process for a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

 

Sizing Guide
Sizing can be tricky online. We strongly recommend using the size chart provided on each product page. If you are between sizes or unsure, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
